AG Snus products are not available through Snusdaddy New Zealand. Our NZ store stocks 100% tobacco-free nicotine pouches only, and the AG Snus range is built predominantly around traditional tobacco snus. Shiro – AG Snus's tobacco-free pouch line and the only product that would have been eligible for our NZ store – has been discontinued and is no longer in production.

What Is AG Snus?
AG Snus is a Scandinavian snus manufacturer with roots going back to 1864 in Denmark, making it one of the oldest names in the industry. Today it operates as part of Philip Morris International and produces several well-known brands across the snus and nicotine product spectrum.
The AG Snus product family includes Kapten – a traditional snus brand available in portion, mini, white, and extra strong formats; Crafted Snus – a premium artisan-style snus range; Hope and Glory – a more contemporary line with bolder flavour combinations; and Sisu – a straightforward, clean-profile snus named after the Finnish concept of grit and perseverance. All of these are traditional tobacco snus products.
Shiro was AG Snus's entry into the tobacco-free market: all-white nicotine pouches in slim format, with flavour profiles designed to appeal to users moving away from tobacco. The brand launched with a range that included cool mint, cocktail-inspired, and berry varieties. It was produced in Sweden and positioned as a premium plant-based nicotine product. Shiro is now discontinued and no longer manufactured.
Why Nothing from AG Snus Is Available in New Zealand
There are two reasons nothing from the AG Snus range is stocked on Snusdaddy NZ. First, all AG Snus brands except Shiro are traditional tobacco snus – a category we don't supply to New Zealand customers. Second, Shiro, the only tobacco-free product in the AG Snus family, has been discontinued and is no longer in production. There is currently no AG Snus product that is both tobacco-free and available for us to stock.
If that changes and AG Snus releases a new tobacco-free product line suitable for the NZ market, we'll review it for inclusion. In the meantime, the alternatives in the table above are the best available substitutes for Shiro users in New Zealand.

Express delivery via DHL or UPS arrives in 5–8 working days to Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and other main centres. Standard PostNord shipping takes 10–15 working days. Tobacco-free nicotine pouches are not subject to tobacco excise duty, and orders under NZ$1,000 clear customs without additional GST in the vast majority of cases.

Who owns AG Snus?
AG Snus is part of Philip Morris International, one of the world's largest tobacco companies. The brand operates independently in Scandinavia under the AG Snus name and continues to manufacture traditional snus products in Sweden and Denmark.
Will Shiro come back?
There's no indication from AG Snus or Philip Morris International that Shiro will return. The brand has been discontinued across markets. If a successor product launches, we'll evaluate it for the NZ range at that point.
