What are nicotine pouches?
Nicotine pouches ā also known as nicopods ā are small pouches that you place under your lip to enjoy the flavour and effects of the nicotine they contain. Unlike traditional snus, nicotine pouches are completely tobacco-free. They contain no tobacco leaf, produce no smoke or vapour, and are completely spit-free, making them one of the most discreet nicotine products available in the UK. Are nicotine pouches legal in the UK?

How do I use nicotine pouches?
Pick up a pouch from the can and place it under your lip ā the top lip is recommended. Once in place, you can leave it there for up to 60 minutes, depending on the pouch and your personal preference. There is no need to chew or spit. When you're done, simply dispose of the used pouch in the lid compartment or a bin.
Can I chew it?

How long do nicotine pouches stay fresh?
Most nicotine pouches have a best before date of approximately 12 months from the production date. At Snusdaddy, we have a high stock turnover, which means the products you receive will typically have plenty of shelf life remaining. The best before date is always printed on the bottom of the can. How should I store nicotine pouches?
There is no requirement to store nicotine pouches anywhere but at room temperature as long as they are sealed. Once opened, the pouch will start losing effect and flavour after a couple of days.
Will I pay customs or import duty on my order?
All orders under Ā£135 are completely duty-free when delivered to the UK. This means no import duty and no VAT on arrival ā what you see at checkout is exactly what you pay. For orders above Ā£135, standard UK customs rules apply and any applicable fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend keeping individual orders below Ā£135 to take full advantage of the duty-free threshold.

Do I need to be present to receive my order?
Yes. As nicotine pouches are age-restricted products, an adult signature is required upon delivery to ensure they do not reach underage individuals. If you are not available at the time of delivery, UPS will leave a notification card and attempt redelivery.
What happens if my order is damaged or items are missing?
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damage if applicable.

What payment options do you offer?
We offer Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Klarna. All payments are processed securely in GBP ā no currency conversion fees. Klarna allows you to pay now, pay later or split your purchase into instalments, giving you full flexibility at checkout.
My payment didn't go through, what do I do?
The most common reason is the bank stopping the transaction. This can be due to a foreign transaction flag, an unverified payment or a fraud alert ā all common when purchasing from an overseas retailer. In most cases, trying again after a short while or contacting your bank directly is enough to resolve the issue. Most of the time, the payment and the order have gone through to our systems, but the site may redirect you to an empty cart or another page that doesn't reflect this. Should I receive an order confirmation when the payment has gone through?
Yes, you should receive one within just a few minutes. If you haven't, check your spam or junk folder as it can end up there. Some email providers (including Gmail) move certain emails into dedicated folders, so we recommend checking those too. How is my credit card data handled?

How do I search for a specific item?
Simply press the magnifying glass icon at the top of the page and type what you're looking for. You can search by brand name, flavour, nicotine strength or product name using our AI-powered search function.
An item is out of stock ā what should I do?
The easiest option is to use the "Notify me when back in stock" button directly on the product page ā you'll receive an email notification as soon as your favourite product is available again. How about discontinued products?
Producers discontinuing your favourite products ā it happens, and we hate it too. Once a product is discontinued, there's not much we can do besides pointing you in the right direction.

How do I place an order ā step by step?
Follow these steps to place an order:

Find the items you want to buy, choose how many cans you'd like, and press Add to Cart. The items will appear in the cart at the top right of the page.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen UPS service. As a guide, UPS Standard to the UK typically starts from around Ā£14ā20. Faster options such as UPS Saver and UPS Express are priced higher and shown at checkout. You'll always see the full cost before confirming your order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes ā we offer free shipping to the UK on all orders over Ā£70. This is a great incentive to stock up, and with our bulk discounts on top, the savings add up quickly. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout ā no discount code needed.

I'm travelling and want products shipped to me ā can I order to a hotel?
You can indeed! However, if you are somewhere for a limited amount of time, be aware that we can never guarantee delivery within a specific timespan. Things can happen en route that are outside our control and may cause delays. If delivery doesn't go to plan due to you no longer being present at the address, we cannot offer a refund.
What can delay my shipment?
Delays are not common, but they can occasionally be caused by weather, carrier sorting errors, address corrections, missing information, customs processing or warehouse issues. Estimated delivery times are therefore a general expectation and not a guarantee. You can always track your order in real time via the UPS link provided when your order is dispatched.
When will my order be shipped?
Either the same day or the next business day, depending on what time the order was placed. Saturdays and Sundays are not business days in Sweden. Please note that Swedish public holidays ā such as Midsummer or Ascension Day ā may differ from UK Bank Holidays and can affect dispatch times. As an example, if your order is placed on Friday afternoon, it will be dispatched on Monday. You will receive a UPS tracking link as soon as it's on its way.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Due to the adult signature requirement upon delivery, we cannot offer delivery to PO boxes. If such an order slips through, the customer will need to provide an alternative address or bear the cost of returning the shipment.
I entered the incorrect address ā what do I do?
Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and the correct address. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update it. Once a shipment is in transit with UPS, address changes are more complex and may incur an additional fee.

If your order has not yet been processed at our warehouse or dispatched, we are still able to cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number ā we will not be able to cancel once the order has been fully processed and handed to the carrier.
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed, but we can cancel it if it has not yet been processed or dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number if you'd like to cancel and reorder.
When will I receive tracking information?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email ā either from UPS or DHL depending on your chosen delivery service. If you haven't received it, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at [email protected] and we'll resend the tracking details.
Tracking hasn't updated in a while.
Please note that short pauses in tracking updates can sometimes occur as parcels pass through logistics handling at the UK border ā even for orders well under the Ā£135 duty-free threshold. This is a normal part of the process and usually resolves itself within 24 hours.

I haven't received my package.
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier as quickly as possible. In most cases we are able to locate the parcel or arrange a resolution for you.
I received my package but some products are missing or I received the wrong items.
We're only human and mistakes can happen. If this is the case, please send a photo of the items you received along with the outer box to [email protected] and include your order number. We'll review it and make sure it's resolved quickly ā whether that means sending the missing items or issuing a refund.
My package is damaged.
We're sorry to hear this. While we do our best to pack every order securely, damage can occasionally occur during transit. If this happens, please keep the original packaging for inspection and contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with photos of the damaged goods and box. We will work on a resolution for you right away.
