Redemption Process Rules

If you redeem your points for a reward or multiple rewards worth $600 or more within a year, Don Joga Associates (a sponsor) will reach out to you.

They will ask you for your Social Security number and other relevant details. You will also be asked to fill out a short IRS 1099 form. You must provide all the details to get your free ZYN rewards.

Max Cap on Number of Code

You can only enter up to 60 codes per month. To enter extra codes, you'll have to wait until next month. You are also responsible for the accumulation of your points.

If you think the points weren't entered correctly, you must notify ZYN within 15 days from when you first entered the code.

Keeping the Codes

All participants must keep their label codes for at least 90 days. If they do not have proof of owning their codes, ZYN is entitled to cancel their points and rewards.

If you have ZYN points lying in a dormant account (no additional codes added) for six months, you will be forfeited from the program. Your points will be burned, and you will most likely have to start over again. 

Fake Accounts or Malpractice
